As our Assistant National Retail Manager, based in our Sydney HQ, you’ll step into a key leadership role driving retail performance, operational excellence and leadership capability across the Honey Birdette boutique network.
Working closely with the National Retail Manager, you will help lead the national retail strategy - translating business objectives into clear, executable action plans across our boutiques. You understand that exceptional retail results are driven through strong leadership, disciplined operations and an unwavering commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
You will support the commercial success of the retail network by monitoring sales performance, labour optimisation, contribution and inventory management. Using data and insights, you will identify opportunities to improve boutique performance while ensuring retail teams are equipped to deliver consistently exceptional results.
A core focus of the role is leadership development. You will partner with State and Area Managers to build strong, high-performing teams across the country - coaching leaders, strengthening talent pipelines and embedding a culture that puts customers and performance at the centre of everything we do.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business while maintaining a strong connection to our boutiques — ensuring every location delivers the bold, premium and unmistakably Honey Birdette experience.

Honey Birdette is a luxury lingerie and lifestyle brand owned by the PLBY Group. Bold, innovative and just a tad naughtier than you would expect, Honey Birdette has become the most talked about lingerie brand in Australia. Our first Boutique opened it's glossy doors in 2006 with a unique offering of high-end lingerie and premium bedroom accessories. We are proud to now have 50 Australian Boutiques. In September 2016 we opened our first International Boutique in Covent Garden, London. We continued to grow and and now have four Boutiques in the United Kingdom. In December 2018 we opened our first USA Boutique at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles. We currently have four Boutiques in USA and continue our growth and success. Honey Birdette has grown from one humble Boutique in Brisbane to 61 Boutiques globally. We have over 300 amazing Team Members who we adore. And a highly engaged and devoted Customer base who have supported our growth with great passion.
