Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering and possess a PE or SE license. A minimum of 10 years of relevant structural design experience in commercial, institutional, or residential projects is required.

The qualified candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a structural engineering consulting role along with at least 3 years of managing structural projects. The candidate will have experience working on office, commercial, healthcare, sports, community, residential, and mixed-use projects. The qualified candidate should be self-motivated project manager who can work within a team and serve clients on projects. You would be joining a company that supports community service, involvement in professional organization and professional development. Limited work from home schedule is offered for this position. This position will report to the Structural Group manager in the Silver Spring, Md office.
