The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently. They must tackle operational problems, mentor team members, and focus on increasing restaurant profits.
Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not strictly required.
