Candidates must possess professional communication and conflict resolution skills along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of general maintenance requirements and property inspection procedures is required.
CMC, an Associa company, is hiring a a Code / Covenants Inspector for its community in Laurel, MD.
The Code / Covenants Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for HOA violations pertaining to maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. The Covenants Inspector will use their own vehicle; however, mileage will be reimbursed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Pay rate: $22 an hour.
