Toyota of Scranton and Toyota of Stroudsburg are seeking an experienced, motivated Vehicle Acquisition Manager to launch and lead a dedicated Vehicle Acquisition Department. The Acquisition Department operates independently from the Sales and Service Lane Sales teams, with one primary objective: acquiring high-quality pre-owned inventory through private-party purchases and customer acquisition opportunities. Position Overview
As the Vehicle Acquisition Manager, you will develop and execute the dealership's vehicle acquisition strategy while recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing acquisition team. Working directly with the Director of Sales and dealership leadership, you will establish the processes, accountability, and culture necessary to create a consistent pipeline of quality pre-owned inventory while reducing reliance on auction purchases.

Preferred Experience
Used Car Manager, Inventory Manager, Acquisition Manager, Sales Manager, or Appraisal Specialist. Experience with VETTX, vAuto, Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer, or CarFax Sell My Car is a plus.
