Evaluates and provides occupational therapy treatment for patients of all ages to maximize functional independence. Responsibilities include formulating care plans, documenting patient progress, and coordinating discharge planning with healthcare teams.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Candidates must be certified through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT) and obtain BLS certification within 30 days.
