We are seeking a Shapes Business Line Controller to serve as the financial leader for our GEP and PE Shapes business lines, providing strategic financial guidance that supports growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Candidates should be located in or near Reading, PA or Scranton, PA, as this role partners closely with business leadership and supports multiple manufacturing facilities throughout North America. This highly visible position collaborates with commercial teams, plant operations, and executive leadership to deliver financial insight, improve decision-making, and drive business performance. You'll have full P&L responsibility while leading financial planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and a team of Managerial Accountants across multiple manufacturing sites.

The salary range for this position is $89,350-$134,030 USD Annual. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
