The employee will travel to various retail locations to assemble and anchor pallet racking, cantilever racking, and shelving. They are also responsible for operating scissor lifts and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel extensively for overnight stays. Proficiency with hand and power tools and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more are required.
SPAR is growing our overnight construction team and hiring dependable, hardworking laborers who are willing to travel for extended periods. This role includes overnight shifts and extensive travel. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, comfortable using basic tools, and ready to work inside home improvement retail stores assembling and handling heavy steel and pallet racking.
Travel Locations: Throughout the Midwest and East Coast states.
As part of the SPAR team, you’ll travel to retail locations to help execute store remodels for major home improvement retailers within team environment.
