The Senior Program Manager will lead the end-to-end operational delivery of complex client programs, serving as the primary internal coordinator and client-facing lead. Vivodyne is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Client Delivery to lead the operational delivery of complex client programs across Vivodyne’s scientific, technical, and commercial teams. This person will serve as a primary internal coordinator and, for assigned accounts, a client-facing program lead. They will translate work plans into executable schedules, maintain clear communication, surface risks early, and ensure delivery commitments remain visible across teams.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, working closely with a bicoastal delivery team, with occasional travel to our Philadelphia site.
