The Utility Engineer is responsible for maintaining the property in top condition, specifically focusing on recaulking and grouting guest bathrooms. The role also involves performing preventive maintenance in guest rooms under the direction of the Chief Engineer.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a hotel or similar building setting. Professional experience with caulking and grouting is required, along with the ability to perform heavy physical labor.
