The Assistant Community Director supports the Community Director by managing rent collections, maintaining resident records, and reporting financial data. They are also responsible for leasing the community, maintaining positive resident relations, and ensuring safety compliance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with current insurance. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of on-site management experience and proficiency in Yardi software.

As the Assistant Community Director you will support our mission through considerate and effective communications with residents, while taking ownership of rent collections, maintaining resident records, managing delinquencies, and reporting the property’s financial data.

Work is performed in office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members in a customer-focused environment and may involve occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions and property maintenance activity.
Requires frequent walking throughout the property, including climbing stairs and conducting inspections, tours, and resident interactions. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of office supplies or marketing materials up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor settings with regular resident and customer interaction.
