ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a property or portfolio of properties including oversight of vendor relations, tenant relations, and administrative duties. Selects and manages service partners. Oversees bidding process of service partners and other vendors. Handles construction management of Tenant improvements, capital and other projects.
Oversees the monthly reporting process, responsible for crafting annual budgets and business plans. Oversees day-to-day aspects of all property management functions. Builds positive tenant relations through day-to-day contact and issue resolution.
Manages and/or oversees administrative and operations staff. Promotes a culture and demonstrates market leadership that is committed to sustainability and strategic energy management.
