The Experiential Content team is seeking energetic team players for the Comcast Center Campus Tour Program. Tour ambassadors provide 75-minute guided campus tours, coordinate client communications, and contribute to the overall success of our robust tour programand campus experiences.
Role Description
The Campus Tour Program offers a 360-degree viewintowhere our employees work to imagine the future. The 75-minute tour — led by a personal Tour Ambassador —showcasesour unique vertical campus and educates teammates, partners, and clients about our history, company culture, technology and products,and the impact we make on our beloved hometown and beyond. Over10,000guestshave beenwelcomed on a guided toursince theprogram’s 2018launch.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as an ambassador of the Comcast NBCUniversal brand as part of a comprehensive tour programshowcasingComcast’s headquarters campus.
Independently lead 75-minute campus tours for internal and external stakeholders, executive leaders, student groups, and VIP guests.
Coordinate and support tourprogramdaily operations, including client communications, data reporting, and other short-term and long-term program initiatives.
Contribute to other various projects and initiatives withinExperiential Content, based onareaof study and skill set.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to memorize 75-minute tourscriptand deliver consistently multiple times per day, several days per week.
Ability to effectivelyinterface withdiverse audiences including Comcast employees, executive leaders, elected officials, and student groups.
Ability to develop andmaintaineffective working relationships.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred majors include but are not limited to: Tourism/Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science, Production, Business Administration, Operations Management, International Studies.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currentlypursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work40 hoursper week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation
Base Pay: $23.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
