The Finance Business Partner provides financial advice and insights to corporate business units to drive informed decision-making. They are responsible for monitoring budget performance, conducting variance analysis, and supporting corporate planning activities.

The Finance Business Partner is an exciting opportunity in our Finance Business Partnering team based at our Perth Central Park office. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Lead, this role will partner with a portfolio of corporate business units, providing trusted financial advice, insights and support to help drive informed business decisions and performance outcomes.
As a key member of the Finance team, the Finance Business Partner will work closely with leaders across the organisation, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. The role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making while supporting the delivery of Synergy's corporate planning and financial objectives.
Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, this position is suited to a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, leveraging financial insights to create value, supporting informed decision-making, and contributing to the delivery of affordable, reliable and sustainable energy for our customers and communities.
