Le rôle
Rattaché(e) à la Learning Manager, le/la stagiaire sera pleinement intégré(e) à l'équipe et prendra en charge les missions suivantes :
Gestion et animation de la plateforme eLearning (LMS Rise Up)
› Gérer les e-learnings obligatoires : inscriptions, mise à jour des contenus et émission des rapports statistiques
› Mettre à jour régulièrement le catalogue de formations et assurer la curation de contenus e-learning
› Créer et actualiser des contenus digitaux de formation
› Suivre les inscriptions et analyser les statistiques apprenants
› Assurer la promotion de la plateforme et la communication auprès des collaborateurs
Suivi du plan de formation et des demandes individuelles
› Identifier et recenser les besoins de formation des collaborateurs
› Gérer les inscriptions et mettre à jour les tableaux de bord de suivi
› Assurer le suivi budgétaire et la mise à jour du plan de formation
› Organiser les formations récurrentes (SST, lutte anti-incendie, etc.)
› Rechercher des programmes adaptés et coordonner les actions de formation intra-entreprise
› Traiter les factures liées aux formation
Migration des données vers Training Orchestra (TMS)
› Saisir et reporter l'ensemble des données de formation dans l'outil Training Orchestra à partir des fichiers Excel existants (migration Excel → TMS)
› Fiabiliser et structurer les données : sessions, participants, organismes, budgets
› Contribuer à la montée en qualité de la base de données formation dans l'outil
Profil
› Étudiant(e) en Licence 3, Master 1 ou Master 2 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent
› Écoles de commerce, universités ou Bachelor Assistant de Gestion avec spécialisation RH
› Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) d'au moins 6 mois dans un poste similaire et/ou en digital/création de contenus est appréciée
