You will pilot and optimize the global test strategy, including functional, technical, API, performance, and security testing. You will also manage the full test lifecycle, from requirement analysis and script automation to defect tracking and user acceptance support.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) and have at least 2 years of experience in technical-functional test strategy management. Proficiency in project methodologies like Agile or Scrum and experience with test automation are required.

Vous souhaitez intervenir sur des systèmes digitaux en garantissant leur qualité, leur fiabilité et leur performance, au sein des Directions métiers ou SI de nos clients leaders dans leur secteur ? Vous aimez investiguer, automatiser et collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques dans un environnement agile et stimulant ?
Piloter et optimiser la stratégie de test globale (fonctionnelle, technique, API, performance et sécurité) pour garantir une qualité logicielle irréprochable.
Maîtriser l’intégralité du cycle de validation : de l'analyse des exigences et la conception documentaire (plans de tests) à l’exécution des campagnes.
Concevoir, développer et maintenir des scripts de tests automatisés (back-end / front-end) pour accroître l'efficacité des phases de recette.
Gérer le cycle de vie des anomalies : détection, qualification, priorisation et suivi rigoureux de la résolution avec les équipes techniques.
Accompagner les métiers et les utilisateurs lors des phases de validation fonctionnelle (UAT) et recueillir leurs retours stratégiques.
Intégrer les tests dans les pipelines CI/CD et assurer une veille constante sur l'innovation des outils et méthodes QA.
De formation supérieure Bac+5 (école de commerce, d’ingénieurs, d’informatique ou université), vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le pilotage de stratégies de tests technico-fonctionnels. Vous maitrisez la méthodologie projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall…).
Vous maîtrisez l'intégralité du cycle de vie du test, de la conception de plans détaillés à l'automatisation avancée. Avoir une certification ISTQB est un plus.
Grâce à votre parcours, vous avez développé rigueur, capacité de synthèse, autonomie et travail en équipe ! Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.
