The Deputy Program Manager will coordinate subcontractor performance, maintain master schedules, and manage deliverable tracking for the AN/SQQ-89(V) program. They will also support financial reporting, prepare briefing packages, and assist in managing cost and schedule variances.
Candidates must possess a DoD Secret clearance and 5.5 to 15 years of program coordination or project management experience in a NAVSEA or NAVAIR environment. A bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering is required, with PMP certification preferred.

Position contingent upon contract award
VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$130,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
