The RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care unit, acting as a bridge between Med-Surg and ICU. Key duties include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Candidates must have a current RN state licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and ACLS certification are preferred.
