The technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems while providing leadership and mentorship to the shop team. They must also effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of automotive mechanical experience. Possession of 4 or more ASE certifications and a Section 609 certification is preferred or required.
Position Summary

A successful Technician will use leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team to increase customer care and satisfaction. A Technician will have direct interaction with customers and deliver superior service through educating the customer on the problems and proposed solutions for their vehicle.
