The Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to eligible health plan members to introduce Mae's services and guide them through the enrollment process. They are responsible for documenting all outreach activities, managing follow-ups, and meeting specific monthly enrollment goals.
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound outreach, sales, or a high-volume call center environment. Strong verbal communication, resilience, and the ability to build trust quickly are essential for this role.

Mae is hiring an Outreach Specialist to support enrollment and engagement of eligible health plan members. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to introduce Mae's services, explain doula support, and guide members through the enrollment process. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build trust quickly.
This role blends outreach, education, and mission-driven sales. You will introduce eligible members to Mae's services and guide them toward enrollment. Success requires both compassion and the ability to convert interest into action confidently.
You will report to the Member Services Manager.
Success in the role means balancing compassion with consistent performance.

This is a temporary position with potential for extension based on performance and business needs. High performers may be considered for expanded responsibilities as the program scales.
$26.00 per hour, with potential for additional monthly performance bonuses.
