Shift Managers support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the restaurant effectively. They provide hands-on support to employees and oversee various tasks across different positions.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of fast casual restaurant management experience and a qualifying certificate in food protection. They should also be able to perform physical tasks and communicate effectively in English.
Shift Manager
Salary: $18-$20/hourly
What we offer:
Shift Managers support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing work teams. Managers provide hands-on support of the employees and tasks of every position including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties.
