The LMDP Associate will lead the screening and underwriting of new development opportunities while implementing strategies to expand the LIHTC platform into new markets. They will also collaborate with regional leads on RFQ/RFP responses and perform financial analysis for special projects and joint venture opportunities.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Finance, or Urban Planning. A minimum of 3 years of experience in affordable housing development and finance, specifically with LIHTC and tax-exempt bonds, is required.
