Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. Serve as the professional point of contact. Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and day-to-day office operations. Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and court filings. Maintain organized digital and physical case files. Support attorneys in preparing matters for hearings, filings, and client meetings. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Prepare case-specific documents, including document summaries
Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
Provide general administrative support
Communicate with clients and witnesses
Maintain and update documentation
Assist with discovery requests
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software
