The bartender is responsible for serving patrons, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe bar environment. They must also assist with event-specific needs and ensure compliance with state liquor laws and health standards.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in food service or hospitality and possess strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails. A Food Handler’s Certificate is preferred, and the ability to lift 50lbs and work weekends is required.

Signature Theatre, one of New York’s leading Off-Broadway theatres, is seeking BARTENDERS at The Pershing Square Signature Center on West 42nd Street. We expect the position to begin around August 7th, 2026. Weekend availability is required, most shifts will take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
