Directs the hotel's housekeeping program to ensure clean and attractive conditions through staff supervision and quality inspections. Manages inventory, addresses guest complaints, and coordinates with maintenance for repairs.
Requires a high school degree and preferably 6 months to 1 year of similar experience. Must be able to stand for long periods and clean rooms according to brand standards.

Since his first hotel acquisition in 1982, Gary Tharaldson has owned over 350 hotel properties throughout the United States.
