The supervisor oversees technicians and performs on-site installation, configuration, and repair of electronic and low-voltage electrical equipment. They also assist in generating project proposals, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all safety and company policies are strictly followed.
Candidates typically require 6 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, and knowledge of roadway electrical and civil construction. Proficiency with hand tools, aerial lifts, and Microsoft Suite is essential, along with a valid driver's license.
The Electrical Construction/Installation Field Supervisor supervises technicians and may perform on-site installation of electronic, electro-mechanical, and low voltage electrical equipment. This job may include many aspects of field support, and is not limited to supervision, equipment installation, system hardware and software configuration, PC usage, and IP telephony/networking/wireless networking. The Electrical Construction/Installation Field Supervisor shall support the Installation Manager in evaluating and determining most cost effective and practical method on installation to minimize customer downtime and expense. The Electrical Construction/Installation Field Supervisor shall assist in evaluation and preparation of proposals for time, labor and materials.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, based upon experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and moving traffic.
