As a Portfolio Management Specialist – Cards, you will support the execution of credit/debit card portfolio strategies. You will focus on campaign design, customer segmentation, lifecycle engagement, and performance optimisation, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Cards Portfolio & Campaign Management

• Understand and align with portfolio initiatives and priorities defined by key stakeholders.
• Develop program frameworks for customer activation, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and define target customer segments based on product types and behaviour.
• Support campaign planning and execution, including target list generation, communication mix design, and channel strategy/attribution.
• Optimise offer communication, messaging, and channel mix to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and build feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Design and oversee end‑to‑end execution of cards portfolio campaigns.
• Establish performance monitoring frameworks before, during, and after campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign initiatives within defined quality and budget standards.
• Develop structured reports and deliverables backed by data insights and analytics.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Own and manage client communications, deliverables, and project discussions.
• Lead engagements independently, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, marketing, analytics, and operations.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions effectively.
• Provide consistent updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience

• You have 5–7 years of experience in marketing campaign management, product/portfolio management, or credit/debit card portfolio and campaign management.
• You have proven experience in campaign execution and portfolio optimisation.

Technical Expertise

• You are skilled in campaign management, portfolio management, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
• You understand communication strategy, project management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• You have a strong understanding of marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.
