The Production Technician operates and maintains manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality solar modules while adhering to safety and quality standards. They are also responsible for monitoring process data, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing or related industrial experience. Proficiency in basic computer applications, troubleshooting, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 58 pounds are required.
