The technician is responsible for the installation, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal throughput and yield. They will also troubleshoot process issues, analyze performance data, and provide training to production associates.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED along with either an associate degree in a technical discipline or at least two years of relevant machine/mechanic experience. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment are essential.
