The Production Technician operates and maintains manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality photovoltaic solar modules while adhering to safety and quality standards. They are responsible for monitoring process data, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing or related industrial experience. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 58 pounds and working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
