Provide general legal support across various business teams including manufacturing, operations, and project execution. Responsibilities include performing contract reviews and providing legal advice on technology transactions and investments.
Requires a law degree and an Israel Bar Association license, with 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the energy industry. Fluency in English and Hebrew is required, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Role Description:
Provide general legal support covering all business teams activities (manufacturing, operations, sales, business development, procurement, project execution, project finance, joint ventures, technology related transactions, investments, etc.), including performance of a wide variety of legal work, such as contract review, provision of general legal advice, etc.
Requirements:
Law degree; LLM degree - advantage
Israel Bar Association license
Relevant work experience (3 to 5 years), including in the energy industry
Full command of English and Hebrew as working languages; knowledge of other language(s) - advantage
Good inter-personal and communication skills
