Détails du poste:
Poste occcasionnel de jour/soir.
Horaires variables incluant toutes les fins de semaines.
Tes principales responsabilités :
Réaliser les recettes du menu avec précision et participer activement à la préparation des repas.
Effectuer les mises en place, coordonner certaines étapes de production et assurer la qualité des assiettes.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire en respectant rigoureusement les normes de salubrité, incluant le nettoyage des surfaces, équipements et ustensiles.
Participer à la gestion de l’inventaire : vérification des produits, rangement et rotation.
Utiliser adéquatement les équipements de cuisine et en assurer le bon fonctionnement.
Ce que tu apportes :
DEP en cuisine ou formation culinaire reconnue (atout) et minimum 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Exécution soignée, souci du détail et capacité à maintenir un haut standard de présentation.
Motivation à apprendre, à progresser et à mettre en valeur ton savoir-faire.
Bonne organisation et attitude proactive pour contribuer positivement à l’expérience des résidents.
