Chez Ganotec, les gestionnaires de la santé-sécurité (SST) jouent un rôle essentiel pour que « personne ne se blesse ». Nous recrutons des personnes passionnées par la santé-sécurité qui créeront, soutiendront et vérifieront notre programme afin de renforcer notre engagement. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet, les directeurs SST élaborent et mettent en œuvre des protocoles, dispensent des programmes de formation et surveillent le respect des réglementations et des politiques de l’entreprise. Ce poste sera basé sur un projet de construction et participera à la fois à la gestion de la santé-sécurité et à la supervision sur le chantier pour garantir la sécurité du personnel de gestion et de métier, des sous-traitants et des consultants soutenant le projet.
Ganotec est un entrepreneur en construction industrielle lourde proposant une gamme exhaustive de prestations de services destinées au secteur industriel dans l’ensemble du Canada. En général, Ganotec s’occupe elle-même des principales disciplines suivantes : génie civil, construction de charpentes en acier, installation d’équipements mécaniques lourds, tuyauterie et travaux d’électricité, instrumentation et contrôles. Nous menons nos affaires en vertu de divers types de contrats commerciaux, notamment des contrats clés en main, IAC, de conception-construction, de main-d’œuvre et matériaux et conventionnels. Depuis toujours, nous sommes de fervents adeptes de « partenariat »; nous travaillons en collaboration avec les propriétaires, les principaux fournisseurs d’équipement et les sociétés d’ingénierie dès les premières étapes de la phase de développement de projet afin de favoriser une stratégie d’exécution axée sur la rentabilité du projet. Ce poste sera basé à la fois sur nos projets Ganotec (sur site) et dans notre bureau Ganotec à Pointe-aux-Trembles.

• Présence régulière et assidue.

• Effectuer les travaux de façon sécuritaire et efficace. Comprendre et suivre des instructions verbales et écrites, notamment des panneaux d’avertissement, des instructions sur l’utilisation de l’équipement et d’autres politiques
• Travailler pendant les heures normales d’ouverture pour organiser et réaliser les travaux dans les délais prévus. Faire des heures supplémentaires et travailler la fin de semaine, selon les besoins.
