Oversee plant operations and cooler processes during supervisor absences to ensure safety, efficiency, and food safety compliance. Additionally, drive environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives and perform hazard assessments on the first shift.
Requires an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage production, with demonstrated leadership skills.
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable leader to join our Minneapolis Milk Plant as a Plant Operations Vacation Relief Supervisor. In this role, you’ll take ownership of operations during supervisor absences, ensuring production and cooler processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards. When not providing coverage, you’ll contribute to environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives on 1st shift, helping drive a culture of safe, responsible operations across the plant. This position reports to the Director, Plant Manager.
Shift: Must be willing to work 1st & 2nd shift work schedule
