Okay. We’ll be honest with you. What dentists are looking for is clinical autonomy and high compensation. Right? That and a non-drama workplace where we can just do what we do best and take care of patients. Well, surprise! We have that here. Let us explain:

- $15,000 sign on bonus. (Yes! This is real and available for the right candidate)

- Base pay: $180,000. On top of the $15,000 sign on bonus, we provide a great base pay that will never go away. Oftentimes, the base pay is removed after 6 months or so in other offices. Not here. We make sure we have your best interest in mind.

- But that’s not all! We also have 30% collections PLUS it increases +2% each year up to 40%. So you will have untapped potential. Combined with our Trios 3D scanner + systems, you will be able to deliver crowns and dentures at a much faster rate (which, of course leads to higher salary!)

- CE Credits = CE Credits. A lot of dental clinics take away CE credit from the actual dentist's salary. This is a no-no situation. We pay BOTH CE credit and salary.

- In house CPR paid by Clear Lakes Dental. We have CPR contacts come to our office! (And we pay for their services)

- Health insurance and 401K to start at 3 months, not 1 year like some dental clinics

But it doesn’t stop there. Some dentists want to own his or her own dental practice. We make it super easy to transition into an owner dentist.

How does it work? At any point in time you want to take the next step in your dental career (practice ownership), we will go over the pluses and minuses of practice ownership. We provide a specialized consultation and we already helped others become their own boss! Whether it is 50% or 100% ownership, we are here to help.

We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages and takes nearly all insurances. Currently, we are searching for a full time/part time dentist that is able to treat patients efficiently to the best of their abilities. We have a strong team and our motto is No Stress, No Drama!

Compensation:

- Guaranteed Salary of $180,000 or 30%[+2% every year] of collections -- Whichever is GREATER.- CLD is now offering high percentage commissions. It starts at 30%, and +2% every year up to 40% of collections.

Responsibilities:

General Dentists' Responsibilities in which the ADA lists as:

- Diagnosing oral diseases.

- Promoting oral health and disease prevention.

- Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of their patients.

- Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests.

- Ensuring the safe administration of anesthetics.

- Monitoring growth and development of the teeth and jaws.- Performing surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.

Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
