The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled therapy services to clients in their homes according to a Plan of Care. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, establishing treatment goals, and instructing families on home therapy programs.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Minnesota and a graduate of an AOTA approved school. At least two years of healthcare experience is required, with home care experience preferred.

The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to the clients in their home in accordance with the Plan of Care and the Company’s policies and procedures. Performs functions which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological and social services and must be able to make judgements accordingly. The Occupational Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Heavy to Very Heavy. Involves lifting clients, bending, stooping, stretching, and setting up equipment. Must be adaptable to a variety of environments and community settings. Must be able to drive or use public transportation in all types of weather.
Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Adara Home Health, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $100,000 per year. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
