At Matchworks, we support you for all of your employment and recruitment needs as a leading provider of job seeker and disability employment services.
What you’ll do
As an Employment Coach in our team you’ll:
Get to know participants’ strengths and goals, then match them with the right job opportunities.
Create personalised career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.
What you’ll bring
Great communication as someone who can build trust and lasting relationships.
Organised multitasking skills as someone who can keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
Great skills as a team player who works well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.
