Service and maintain all plant and mechanical equipment throughout the hospital, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Monitor building operations via BAS, respond to alarms, and perform regular preventative maintenance and inspections.
Must possess an active Red Seal Refrigeration License and have at least 3 years of commercial or industrial experience. Requires sound knowledge of HVAC, pumps, and building automation systems.
