The supervisor will oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets and banquet functions to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. They are responsible for leading the team, managing event set-ups, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Candidates must have at least two years of food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a unionized hotel setting. A post-secondary education in hospitality management and a valid Smart Serve certification are required.
In this leadership role, the Food & Beverage Outlets/Banquet Supervisor will support the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets and banquet department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, successful event execution, and outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service standards.
