The Payroll Specialist will process high-volume, full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for domestic and international employees using JD Edwards software. They are responsible for ensuring tax compliance, managing employee deductions, and maintaining accurate payroll records while supporting month-end closing activities.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with union and non-union full-cycle payroll and possess an associate degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software is required, along with strong analytical skills and knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
