The Lot Attendant is responsible for the daily organization, upkeep, and safety of the dealership lot. Key duties include managing vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are clean and charged, and assisting with customer deliveries.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier. While previous automotive experience is advantageous, a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors are essential.

Recharged is committed to making electric vehicles more accessible and affordable to consumers, while also serving dealers, fleets, and other companies navigating the transition to electric vehicles.
The Lot Attendant will be responsible for the day-to-day organization and upkeep of the dealership lot. This role involves managing vehicle inventory, assisting with vehicle presentation, and ensuring the lot is clean and orderly. The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to a positive customer experience. You'll also be one of the original members of our new location in FL!
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is advantageous but not required. A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Skills: Ability to operate vehicles safely and perform spot basic vehicle issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, such as walking, standing, and lifting.
Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier. Willingness to submit a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for review is required.
