The Business Office Representative Clerk provides essential administrative support by managing medical records, surgery scheduling, and patient intake processes. They are responsible for insurance verification, billing, and maintaining accurate clinical logs while ensuring professional communication with patients and physician offices.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of three years of healthcare experience and at least one year of surgery scheduling experience is required.

Provide support to the facility by performing specific or various business office functions as assigned. These functions are to include (but not limited to): Medical Records, Credentialing, Admissions/Intake, Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, Insurance Verification, Transaction, Posting, Clinical Logs and other duties as assigned.
