Under direct supervision by department leadership, performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Delivers an excellent donor experience through warm, professional, and service-oriented interactions. Takes pride in and is committed to delivering high quality services. Works cooperatively and is a supportive member of the team/group. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives. In addition to these responsibilities, the Specialist, Donor plays an essential role in promoting and maintaining a collaborative and respectful team culture and contributes to a strong and engaging employee experience. CompensationThe target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance.
