Accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities also include general facility upkeep, structural repairs, and assisting other departments with event setups.
Requires 2-3 years of building maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED, with technical certifications preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
