The maintenance worker is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. They also handle structural repairs, custodial tasks, and assist with event setups and property cleanliness.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of building maintenance experience. Proficiency in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, along with the ability to read schematic drawings and lift up to 50 pounds, is required.
