The Key Holder will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while mentoring team members to ensure excellent customer service. They are responsible for driving sales goals, executing merchandising plans, and maintaining a clean and secure shopping environment.
Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
COMPENSATION RATE
STARTING RATE: $16.39
HOURLY RANGE: $16.39-$17.39
