As a Sheet Metal Installer IV, you'll serve as a master-level trade expert and field leader in sheet metal and dry-side HVAC systems, collaborating closely with General Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to develop project-specific plans, resolve complex challenges proactively, and ensure flawless execution on commercial installations nationwide. Oversee advanced installations, crew performance, quality standards, safety compliance, and startup coordination while mentoring the team to deliver precise, efficient, and sustainable results. Yes – Provides direct leadership and supervision to sheet metal crews and subordinate installers; delegates tasks, coaches/mentors team members, monitors performance and safety compliance, and collaborates with other field leadership to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment.
