The Lead Worker schedules and assigns daily tasks to a custodial team to ensure cleaning standards are met. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, managing equipment, and securing the facility.
Previous custodial experience is required, with supervisory experience preferred. Candidates must be able to handle physical demands and follow safety precautions regarding hazardous chemicals.
The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
