The Escrow Officer is responsible for processing files, preparing closing documents, and ensuring all loan and contract paperwork is accurately signed and notarized. They also manage communication with clients and lenders to facilitate smooth closing timelines.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of escrow experience. Proficiency in MS Office products is required, with preference given to those with SoftPro experience and knowledge of Texas and Florida closing procedures.

The Escrow Officer is also responsible for communicating effectively with clients to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns. There is no book of business required, as this is a Builder Escrow Officer position.
