The Accounting Assistant supports daily accounting operations, focusing on accounts payable and sales data entry. They also assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Candidates must have at least two years of accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Oracle or accounting databases is preferred, along with strong clerical and communication skills.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and works closely with accountants to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial integrity
Requirements: Two years of previous accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Prior experience with Oracle or Accounting databases is preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and has the ability to perform as a team member. Strong clerical skills, data entry skills and computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
