How You Will Make an Impact
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Program Supervisor enhances the dignity and quality of life of clients, caregivers, and staff through the delivery of person-centered services and supports.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio, including the scheduling of services, onboarding of new clients, supervision and mentoring of staff, monitoring quality outcomes, conducting clinical audits, coordinating care with community partners, and supporting positive client experiences.
We embrace a person-centered model of care and recognize the importance of providing culturally sensitive, evidence-informed services that promote dignity, independence, choice, and self-direction.
